How Can We Help?

We will help you as much as possible to get to Revive Youth Ministry. Please keep in mind that we are limited to how far we can drive, but we will try our best to assist you in any way. We will send you follow up information on meeting time / place for transportation via text and or email. 

WE MUST HAVE YOUR PARENT'S CONSENT, YOU CANNOT RIDE WITH US WITHOUT A SIGNED CONSENT FORM.
